Valley Medical Weight Loss and Valley Medical Weight Control are holding our 5th Annual ‘Don’t Gain, Maintain’ Campaign. All successful participants of the campaign will receive a $50 Valley Medical gift card.* Participants must weigh in December 2-5, 2024 and once a week thereafter until January 31, 2025. Participants will receive a punch card that must be present at each visit for the 9 weeks of the campaign. A Valley Medical employee will punch your Don’t Gain. Maintain. card at each weekly weigh-in.

*To be eligible, Entrants must:

Be a Valley Medical Weight Loss or Valley Medical Weight Control patient;
Have a minimum purchase of $20/week at any of our locations OR be a Premier Program member through the months of December 2024 & January 2025;
Weigh-in the week of December 2024 (December 2-5, 2023) and each week thereafter though January 31, 2025.

All weigh-ins must be documented by a physician or medical assistant employed by Valley Medical Weight Loss or Valley Medical Weight Control. Weights will be taken during business hours only. NOTE: Valley Medical Weight Loss will be closed December 24th, 25th and 26th and January 1st, 2025. Weight maintained will be determined by the final weigh-in weight not being higher than the first weight-in weight. All participants that do not gain from their initial weigh-in to January 31, 2025 and complete all eligibility requirements indicated above will receive a $50 Valley Medical gift card. $50 credit is not eligible on supplement purchases. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges regarding this promotion are final and binding in all respects. Not redeemable for cash or substitution. Good Luck!
