What is PRP rejuvenation?

PRP contains potent growth factors that can boost collagen renewal and regenerate healthy, vital tissue. Because PRP is a naturally derived blood product, there is virtually no risk of allergic reaction, and the treatment is well-tolerated by most patients. PRP can be delivered in combination with microneedling to enhance the complexion and deliver more luminous, glowing skin without discomfort or downtime. Among the many benefits of PRP injections are a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles, enhanced facial volume in the tear troughs, temples, and cheeks, and the eradication of acne scars and other superficial blemishes.

What is PRP for hair restoration?

In addition to being used for skincare, PRP is an effective means of rejuvenating the scalp. The growth factors in PRP can help stimulate dormant follicles, initiating new hair growth in areas of thinning or shedding. Ideal for those in the early stages of hair loss, PRP injections have many advantages over conventional hair restoration solutions like FUT or FUE hair transplantation. PRP improves scalp circulation, reduces inflammation, and supports a fuller, thicker head of hair.

The PRP Facial — $450

Often referred to as the Vampire Facial, the PRP Facial was made famous by Kim Kardashian. The Vampire Facial involves extracting PRP from the patient’s own blood, then applying those highly concentrated growth factors to the skin with a microneedling device. The PRP is administered to the deeper skin layers to stimulate collagen renewal and instigate the natural healing process. A favorite among our patients, the PRP Facial is a minimally invasive skincare solution with a quick recovery and astonishing results.

The PRP Vampire Facelift — Starting at $1050

This ultimate PRP treatment is used in combination with one syringe of Juvederm ($1050) or Voluma ($1200) to deliver a youthful fullness to the facial contours. During the Vampire Facelift, a tiny cannula is used to deliver collagen-stimulating PRP beneath the skin.

PRP cannula — $300/small area and $600/large area

For a natural and youthful appearance, PRP can be inserted under the skin to boost facial fullness. Patients can enjoy their desired results without facelift surgery.

PRP for acne scarring — $450; $250 for youth treatments (ages 16-19)

How does PRP rejuvenation work?

PRP rejuvenation works by extracting a small amount of the patient's blood, processing it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, and then re-injecting this platelet-rich plasma back into the skin. The growth factors in the platelets naturally stimulate tissue recovery and collagen production.

What are the benefits of PRP rejuvenation?

Benefits of PRP rejuvenation include improved skin texture and tone, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, faster healing of scars, enhanced skin hydration, and a more youthful appearance. It is also known for its natural approach since it uses the body's own cells.

Is PRP rejuvenation safe?

PRP rejuvenation is considered safe as it uses the patient's own biological material, reducing the risk of allergic reactions or infections. However, like all medical procedures, there are some risks of side effects, such as pain at the injection site, swelling, and bruising.

How long do the results of PRP rejuvenation last?

The results of PRP rejuvenation can vary, but typically improvements are seen for several months. To maintain the best results, periodic treatments are often recommended.

What is the recovery time for PRP rejuvenation?

Recovery time after PRP rejuvenation is minimal, with most patients able to return to normal activities immediately after the treatment. Some mild swelling and bruising may occur but generally subsides within a few days.

How many PRP treatments are needed?

The number of PRP treatments needed can vary depending on the individual's skin condition and desired outcomes. Typically, a series of 3 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results.
